Quality Assurance & Control
In order to fulfill quality standards and to ensure that the product meets quality requirements, we have established a quality control laboratory. It is a specialized laboratory and part of the Gulf Fluor Fluorine complex.
The laboratory provides complete analytical support to Sulphuric acid, Anhydrous Hydro Fluoric acid & Aluminum Fluoride, Utility & Wastewater Treatment Plants which has been supervised by QHSE Department who is also responsible for Implementation and Sustenance of Integrated Management systems (ISO) in Gulf Fluor.
The Laboratory provides technically valid results for the raw-material, in-process and finished product samples using state of art instruments / equipment’s like X- Ray, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Atomic Absorption, UV-Visible Spectrometer, Auto Titrators, Karl Fisher Titrators, Ion meters, by adopting International standard methods, methods provided by technology supplier and / or in-house developed methods for various parameters by multinational skilled manpower.
Pursue the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in Asset management, good housekeeping of laboratory infrastructures and adherence to highest level of safety standards are being followed to ensure laboratory performance to the best in industries as well as smooth process flow of the whole plant.
